Two weeks in Tuscany: Week 2

We didn’t want the hassle of having to travel far for our second week and were able to find what looked like a nice place to stay just outside of Montalcino, so we decided to stay in Tuscany for a second week. The new place, Castello Brunello, was fantastic… super well done, incredible views, great rooms, walkable to a nearby town, 10 minutes from Montalcino (which is great) and near lots of other great places in Valle d’Orcia. We will definitely return here in the future and highly recommend it to anyone heading to the area. The only downside of this week was another Saharan dust storm hit us pretty hard for a few days, but at least it was only a few days. After this we’re excited to head back to London and move into our new place!

We really enjoyed staying at Castel Brunello… probably the only place we’ve stayed at in the last 3 months that we’ll likely return to. Highly recommend it to anyone.
The dust storm was a bummer… we were breathing this for 3 days 🙁
